		<description>I don&#039;t know if this is an option or not, but maybe go with canned veggies if you can&#039;t get fresh.  That way you can at least dump them into a colander and rinse them yourself before cooking them.

As for mayonnaise in coleslaw, you can make your own.  Just google mayonnaise recipes and at least a dozen will pop up.</description>
