		<description>Wow! What nice comments. Betty, you&#039;re right... not all chop sueys are created equal! But when it&#039;s made well, it is good. I have to admit that it still is one of my favorites. And yes, Rita, I don&#039;t see why you couldn&#039;t make it with ground pork or any ground meat. The flavor will be slightly different, but still delicious I bet. Thanks everyone!</description>
