		<description>Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I can&#039;t wait to try this!!  I&#039;ve already made hamburger and hotdog buns  (delish!!) and graham crackers using a recipe I found on the net, and now I&#039;ll have to bake more!  

Lately I&#039;ve returned to breadmaking after many frustrating attempts, including purchasing a food processor, KA stand mixer AND a bread machine.  I was positive that it was NOT possible to hand knead and produce a loaf of bread that would remain moist.  Mine were always horribly dry - obviously too much flour was the culprit...  I was always so confused when I&#039;d read the instructions that I should add flour till the dough was no longer sticky... WELL DUHH!!! It was always sticky!!  

I recently learned how to hand knead WITHOUT using any additional flour (unless I want to correct the dough).  What freedom.  I would encourage anyone interested in hand kneading to do a search for the slap and fold method or French style kneading.

Thanks again for the recipe!  I&#039;m sure it&#039;s a winner!
