Mary, all my donut recipes do require eggs, but you can make any recipe soy-free by using a soy-free oil or butter. I have only made the applesauce cake with applesauce. The chocolate cake could be baked as cupcakes, but the batter is too thin to make cookies.

Do you have any egg and soy free donut and donut holes recipes? Also in your applesauce spice cake recipe, can I just blend up some apples for the applesauce?Last, can I make muffins from your chocolate cake recipe and cookies? Thank you, Mary

Mary, thanks for your comment. Did you try the mix-in-the-pan chocolate cake? That doesn't have eggs or soy as well and is a really delicious and easy cake to make.
