I just made this dish tonight, and it was great for me (a vegetarian) as well as my husband (a carnivore). I wanted to note that using the "food chop" setting on my blender worked well for finely chopping the walnuts and cheese (for those who, like me, don't own a food processor). Also Shirley, your homemade spaghetti sauce recipe was the best I've ever had, so thank you so much for sharing your recipes! I'll be using these again in the future :) Oh my gosh, this was so good, and extremely filling!
