Watermelon Popsicles
When the weather is hot, let your kids help you make a cool and healthy treat… watermelon popsicles! All you have to do is seed the watermelon, puree in a blender or food processor, and freeze for several hours. If you don’t have plastic popsicle molds, use paper cups and insert a plastic spoon into the cup once the watermelon puree has partially frozen. That’s it… no sugar, no preservatives… nothing but one hundred percent natural watermelon. Enjoy!

I’m definintly going to make these! I’m working on eliminating sugar in our diet and this would be perfect. My children love popsicles and I do usually make my own but I’ve never done this.
