Would "zen" help? I obviously think it would. Similarly, taking a look at the philosophical aspect of the life I'd Saint Francis of Asisi would help clarifying our purpose xin life. Altruistic acts are extremely fulfilling. Througout them we feel ontegrated to all that is. We are not separated from eachother. Stripping down our physical and mental differences, we all are the same, we all follow the same spiritual path. We can certainly tune out the consumerism dictated by TV and atune our attention to the great masters of all time, those enlightened ones from whom we can learn how to live a simple life. Peace to you all and may God continue to bless the greatest country on earth: AMERICA!!
