Don’t Wait Until Everything Is Just Right
“Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions.
“So what.
“Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”

Good advice. If i waited til everything was ‘just right’ i would never get anything done. It is when things are the most going wrong that i seem to have the deepest commitment and push on the furthest.

I so needed this sentiment today. I have a project that I really want to pursue and I have been planning it down to the last detail. I really have it to the point now where everything is ready but I have been waiting for the perfect time to begin. Bingo! The quote is right. I realize now there never will be a perfect time to begin. I just have to jump in there and give it everything I’ve got. You have a great blog. I always come away feeling inspired.

I used to get so caught up in making lists and planning every minor detail that I never got to whatever it was I was trying to do. I do better now that I don’t wait for everything to be exactly perfect. I think people miss out on a lot by not taking advantage of the present.

My grandmother always says that the problem with people today is that they want everything to start out perfect. She says that in her day, people were content to start out OK and work to make things better. This is a great quote, very thought-provoking, and what a beautiful flower!

Everytime I do this one little thing called “taking action” everything seems to work out just fine and I’m happy I did… good advice!
