This post made me smile because we too are yearning for spring and it looks to be a long ways off. Lots of snow and still cold but spring – REAL SPRING – has to happen sometime. Love this blog.

Would it be cruel to mention that I am looking out my kitchen window at green grass and blooming tulips? Sorry, I couldn’t resist.

I have the same view here. Spring comes very late here…we are supposed to get snow the end of next week…and I’m sure that won’t be the last of it either.

Yes, Virginia… it would be cruel!
:o)
I’m looking out the window at a lawn that is still covered with at least three feet of snow… and some snow is predicted for almost every day this week. We’ve got the first day of spring… I can’t wait for that first spring day.Jo
I was determined to go out on the deck to have my first cup of coffee this AM. When I got out there, it was as warm as the house! We wrap it in clear plastic (so we can see the birds) and the sun had heated it up just enough to make it toasty! And, to top it all off, hubby and I saw our first pair of goldfinches. Just lovely!
But spring hasn’t sprung yet. Potholes and mud season – then spring.

what a great quote…good reminder for me to stop being so impatient!
